Need Help With Your Dispensers?

Step 1 of 2

We stand behind our lifetime warranty for all of our dispensers. First, choose the type of dispenser you’re submitting a claim for.

Try new batteries first

Most automatic dispenser issues — such as leaking, low output, or not dispensing — are caused by weak or off-brand batteries.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please install a fresh set of brand-new, name-brand alkaline batteries.

This helps us resolve your claim faster.

Quick check before you continue

Many leaking or clogged valve issues can be resolved by removing the valve unit and flushing it with hot water.

What is the valve unit?

The valve unit is the removable internal part that controls the flow of liquid when the lever is pressed.

How to flush the valve unit
  1. Remove the two Phillips-head screws.
  2. Slide the valve unit up and out of the dispenser.
  3. Hold the lever down and run hot water through the top for 60–90 seconds.
  4. Reinstall the valve unit and test the dispenser.
