What parts are covered?
We cover basically every part. Extra keys, valves, cup dispensers, drip trays, and levers are all covered. If you ever need any of these parts, we will ship them to you FREE of charge. The only thing that is not replaceable is the body of the dispenser, which includes the door, mounting bracket, and dispenser housing. If the dispenser body needs to be replaced, the only option is to replace the entire unit. This very rarely happens; however, should this happen to your location, we still have your back and will get you a NEW dispenser at cost.
What about the shipping?
For commercial addresses, we cover all shipping costs on replacement parts on orders for the first year within the contiguous United States. This ends on the one year anniversary of the dispenser order date. After one year, replacement parts are still FREE, and there is no shipping charge as long as the parts are ordered along with mouthwash supplies. Should your location need replacement parts without ordering supplies, the parts are still FREE, there will just be a charge for the cost of shipping. This is normally between $8 and $12 depending on your businesses shipping location.
For residential addresses, replacement parts are FREE, and there is no shipping charge as long as the parts are ordered along with mouthwash supplies. Should you need replacement parts without ordering supplies, the parts are still FREE, but there will just be a charge for the cost of shipping. This is normally between $10 and $15 to a residential address.
For international orders, parts are also still free; we will just need to quote the shipping cost to your location.
What if I just want a new dispenser?
We totally understand that sometimes there’s just no time to waste waiting on replacement parts to arrive. If that ever happens to you and you would rather just have a NEW dispenser sent to your location, we are happy to do that and can get you a NEW dispenser at cost.
What documentation do I need?
When ordering replacement parts, we will ask for the order number of your dispenser order and may ask you to confirm the date and other details about when it was placed. We will also ask for a textable contact number for the person who will be installing the parts so that we can follow up and make sure that your dispensers are up and running again.
Are there any exceptions?
We are not able to cover units that were installed incorrectly, that were damaged intentionally or vandalised. We also reserve the right to review replacement options on a location by location basis; meaning we may offer your location a more tailored replacement policy should it be needed. This offer is also void when in conflict or violation of any law or trade agreement.
