How quickly will I run out of supplies?
It depends on your volume of customers. On average, most retail stores that have two dispensers, one for each restroom, consume between four and six bottles of mouthwash per month. Each bottle of mouthwash contains between 100 and 120 servings. You can reorder through our online store, or contact us by phone.

Are there any discounts or promotions?
Nope, we work hard to sell mouthwash and dispensers at a price where any business can offer mouthwash. Because of that, the price you see is our best offer, and we do not run discounts or promotions on mouthwash supplies. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us.

How long does it take for supplies to be delivered?
Our products are all shipped Fedex Ground from our main warehouse in Dahlonega, GA 30533, USA. If your order is placed by 3pm EST, they will ship the same business day. Please take a look at your state's delivery page for more details.

Can shipping expedited on orders?
Because mouthwash is pretty heavy, expedited shipping options can be a little expensive. The best and cheapest way to ship items is for them to be delivered FedEx Ground. If you are in a place where you need to have the items delivered quickly, just give us a call and we would be happy to quote expedited shipping to your location.

Does GotFreshBreath ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on orders up to 15 days after delivery. We can only accept returns on items that haven’t been used. However, we do offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all first time orders.

Can the dispenser be refilled with different mouthwash?
Our dispensers are not refillable and work only with GotFreshBreath Mouthwash Bottles. Refilling bottles in any environment creates an increased risk of cross contamination. Our dispensers are created to be a closed system to make everything safer. If having a unit that can be refilled is important to you, we would recommend looking for a different solution.

What is the expiration date on mouthwash?
The date printed on the back of each bottle is the manufacturer date, and the mouthwash has been tested to last up to three years from that date. We recommend trying to use all mouthwash within one year of the manufacturer date. If you have mouthwash in your location that is between one and three years from the manufacturer date, please test the mouthwash before using those bottles. Should the mouthwash have a bitter or unusual taste, please contact us at 404.953.5557, and let us know.

Are your dispensers easy to keep clean?
The dispensers are easy to maintain. Our recommendation is to wipe them down, and check the drip tray for spills with your regularly scheduled cleaning.
